Your Arroyo Verde PTA is a group of enthusiastic, energetic, volunteer parents and teachers working together to make our children's school experience more enriched. We are always looking for volunteers who share our same goals!
We have two main fundraisers, one in the fall, and one in the spring, that allow us to fund our most important programs. Throughout the year we also sell movie tickets, collect Box Tops, participate in School Cents through the Inland Center Mall, have a Barnes and Noble Night, and a Book Fair with Scholastic which through generous parental support have donated many books to teachers as well as the library!
Through the generosity of our parents we have been able to give each teacher enrichment monies,fund the school website, subsidize field trip transportation, provide monies for clubs, Red Ribbon Week, fund homework folders and agendas, a newsletter, provide Character Counts and Student of the Month Programs, as well as special assemblies and playground equipment. We also have community or fun raisers where we do not make a profit such as the Fall Festival, Book Fair Night, and a Family or Assembly Event. We provide spirit wear and a yearbook also at cost for all our students.
We welcome all to participate and have monthly board meetings the Fourth Thursday of the Month at 6:00pm in the library!
